Advisers at FAPs that disclose Evidential KiwiSaver

How this list is built

Under New Zealand's Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, every Financial Advice Provider (FAP) must publish a Public Disclosure Statement under section 431 covering — among other things — the product providers they are appointed to distribute. FinanceAdvisersNZ mirrors these PDSes and parses the product-panel section into structured data.

For this page, we filter network_edges_mv to the edges where Evidential KiwiSaver appears as a disclosed provider, resolve the FAPs at the from end of each edge, then enumerate the individual advisers currently appointed under each of those FAPs via the FSPR register.

Methodology + limits

• Source: Mirror of NZ FAP Public Disclosure Statements filed under FMC Act 2013 s431, joined to the FSPR adviser–FAP appointment register.
• Extraction: Product-provider names are extracted from PDS markdown by Claude (LLM-extracted, confidence tier C). Name variants are collapsed via a hand-curated alias list — see the parent /network/insurer/evidential-kiwisaver page for the canonical variants merged into this slug.
• Scope (HARD): Being on a FAP's product panel does not mean every adviser at that FAP personally advises on Evidential KiwiSaver. Individual advisers may be scoped to a subset of their FAP's panel depending on licensing and specialty. This page lists everyone whose FAP-wide disclosure includes Evidential KiwiSaver, not advisers verified to personally advise on it.
• Coverage: FinanceAdvisersNZ has PDS data on file for ~107 of ~2,444 NZ FAPs (~4.5%) as of 2026-06-01. A FAP not listed here may still distribute Evidential KiwiSaver — we simply do not yet have their PDS in our corpus.
• Display cap: This page renders up to 100 advisers; pages with more advisers link out to the parent Evidential KiwiSaver FAP roll-up.
