• Extraction: Product-provider names are extracted from PDS markdown by Claude (LLM-extracted, confidence tier C). • Scope (HARD): Being on a FAP's product panel does not mean every adviser at that FAP personally advises on China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited.
