Fees

“In most cases, we won't charge you fees or any expenses for the financial advice we provide. You can book a meeting online for free. The only exception is if you book a meeting directly with **Andrew Nicol** (our Managing Partner). That costs **$199**, which you pay when you book.”

Commission

“We don't pay commissions. We may pay a modest **bonus** to our advisers if Opes Property meets its monthly performance target. The bonus is the same regardless of the value of the property recommended to you.”

Product panel

“We only recommend properties listed by Opes Property, because we know that Opes Property has undertaken due diligence on the developer and the development.”

Conflicts of interest

Scope of advice

Ownership

“We are authorised to give financial advice under the Financial Advice Provider (FAP) licence of **Opes Group Holding Company Limited** (FSP774012) (our shareholder).”

Material relationships

“Opes Property will receive an **agency fee from the developer**. Opes Property then pays a portion of that fee to us. The fee we receive is a **flat rate based on the location of the property**. It does not depend on the property value (so we aren't incentivised to recommend a more expensive property simply to earn more).”
