NZ FAP dispute-resolution schemes

Every Financial Advice Provider (FAP) in New Zealand must belong to an FMA-approved external dispute-resolution scheme. If you can't resolve a complaint with your adviser directly, you can escalate to their scheme at no cost. FA-NZ has parsed 353 Public Disclosure Statements and grouped FAPs by disclosed scheme below. Data as of 2026-06-06.

  • FSCL Financial Services Complaints Limited
    177 FAPs
  • IFSO Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman
    63 FAPs
  • FDRS Financial Dispute Resolution Service
    45 FAPs

FA-NZ is a directory mirror, not a regulator. We do not provide financial advice. Always read a FAP's full disclosure before engaging.
